No matter how what industry you are in, your people are an asset. I would be willing to bet that your people are your most valuable asset. Where would your business be without your people? What would happen to your business if all of your people disappeared? Worse yet, what would happen if you didn’t take care of them and they broke down?
The affiliate company benefits by a possible exponential growth of its sales force for no more effort on its part – you’re providing that. It’s not hard to recruit people under you in two tier programs.
Generally our conversations with other expats goes along the following lines: How long have you been here for? Eliciting remarks of “Oooohhhhh, shame you will get used to it, it takes a bit of time”. Little smiles of understanding lilt other expats lips as we all know what the new recruits are going through and just how they are feeling.
Can this cause potential problems? Of course it can. What if employees decide to go on international trips and use their phones the whole time and rack up data charges to the company bill? It will clearly cost the company more money if anyone does this. How is that different from an employee going to fast food restaurants, refusing to exercise or smoking daily? It will cost the company more money because these activities all work against and add to the cost of the plan.
So, how do you know whether going to college would have been more beneficial than just obtaining a job right after high school? That depends on the hirer.
There are only a couple of concrete details – and not one illustrative example to be found anywhere. It just doesn’t convey much. And it certainly doesn’t tell the reviewer what this applicant can do for the company (benefits). And this happens, almost always, because the cover-letter writer didn’t have any specific audience in mind. As a result, this kind of cover letter remains vague and doesn’t often get the job of getting the interview that gets the job done.
You also might consider whether you want to join every single affliate program that comes your way. A lot of people find that they make the most money from using only a small number of programs. Also, concentrating your advertisements may allow you to be paid faster.
Once you have confirmed that the branding company does instill internal branding practices then you can move forward with them on strategic direction and planning. Look for companies that only recommend tactics that will obtain the best return on investment and not canned specific tactics like advertising or direct marketing. You want open objective strategies and tactics to move your brand forward which is why choosing the right branding company is so critical.
